Return & Refund Policy – Bespecta
At Bespecta, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If there is a manufacturing defect, an error in your order, or the product does not meet our quality standards, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the product(s) in the GCC.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without any scratches, damage, or signs of wear and tear on frames or lenses.
- Cash on delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
- Products bought using Entertainer are non-refundable.
- Returns/refunds are not accepted if the issue is due to:
- Change of mind or preference
- Incorrect size/style chosen
- Accidental damage or misuse after delivery
- Clearance or final sale products
2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Send an email to contact@bespecta.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the issue.
- One of our delivery partners will contact you to arrange collection of the item(s).
- Upon receiving the returned product(s), our team will conduct a thorough quality inspection.
- You will then receive an email confirming either:
- Approval of your request and next steps for refund, or
- Rejection of your request (with reasons such as scratches, misuse, missing invoice, or non-eligible product).
3. Refund Process
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 48–72 hours.
- Refunds appear in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the error was on Bespecta’s side.
4. Special Conditions for Sale Products
- If your order includes a promotion such as “Buy any, Get any” or mix and match bundles, all items from the promotion must be returned together.
- Discounted products can be returned under the same conditions as regular items, but refunds will only reflect the amount paid.
- Clearance or final sale products cannot be returned.
5. Delivery & Pickup Attempts
- Customers have up to three delivery attempts to receive returned items back if a return request is denied.
- If you miss all three delivery attempts, you must contact us within three (3) days of the last attempt to arrange redelivery.
- Bespecta allows up to three pickup attempts for collecting returns. If collection cannot be arranged within five (5) days of the last attempt, the return request will be canceled.
6. Return Cost
- If the return is initiated because a fault from Bespecta, we will definitely bear the cost of return.
7. Warranty
- Bespecta does not provide warranties beyond the return and refund process described here.
