OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Bespecta (“Bespecta”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We provide the website, content, products, and services available on bespecta.com (the “Site”) to you, the user (“you”, “customer”) subject to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
- By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your emirate) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you permit a minor to use the Site, you remain responsible for their activity.
- You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose and to comply with all applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates.
- You must not transmit malware, destructive code, or otherwise compromise the security or operation of the Site.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
- We may refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict accounts at our discretion.
- Except for payment information, which is transmitted over encrypted networks, you understand that other content you submit may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to meet technical requirements.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our written permission.
- Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
SECTION 3 – INFORMATION ACCURACY
We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that information on the Site is error-free, complete, or current. Materials on the Site are for general information; rely on them at your own risk. We may modify content at any time without obligation to update historical information.
SECTION 4 – CHANGES TO SERVICES & PRICES
Product prices, fees, and availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service without liability to you or third parties.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES
- Some items may be sold exclusively online. Quantities may be limited and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
- We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colours accurately; however, your device display may vary.
- We may limit sales to certain persons or jurisdictions and limit quantities for any order.
- Descriptions, specifications, and pricing may change without notice.
- We do not warrant that products or services will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.
SECTION 6 – ORDERS, BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
- We may refuse or cancel any order, including those placed under the same account, payment card, or delivery address. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email/phone provided at checkout.
- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update it so we can process transactions and contact you as needed.
- Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and are subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.
SECTION 7 – VAT, PRICING & PAYMENTS
- Prices are shown in AED and, where applicable, include 5% UAE VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards via our payment processor). By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorised to use it and authorise us (and our processor) to charge the order total, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.
- If a price or charge is obviously incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
SECTION 8 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
- We deliver within the UAE (and, where enabled, select GCC locations) using third-party couriers. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect packages on receipt and notify us promptly of any issues.
- For GCC shipments (if offered), you are responsible for customs, duties, and import charges, if any.
SECTION 9 – RETURNS & REFUNDS (SUMMARY)
- We only accept returns in cases of manufacturing defects or issues attributable to Bespecta.
- You must notify us and initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.
- If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
- Exchanges are not permitted.

SECTION 10 – FRAME FIT GUARANTEE TOOL™ & OTHER OPTIONAL TOOLS
- Purpose. Our Frame Fit Guarantee Tool™ (and any virtual try-on or recommender) provides indicative fit and style suggestions based on algorithms and user inputs. Results are estimates and may vary from in-person measurements.
- No clinical measurement. The tool does not provide a medical diagnosis and does not replace professional eye care.
- Your responsibilities. Follow on-screen instructions, provide clear images/video where requested, and review recommendations critically. You remain responsible for final product selection.
- Data & privacy. Tool usage is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where camera access is requested, permission is sought from your browser/device. We do not store biometric data unless explicitly stated and consented to in the Privacy Policy/just-in-time notices.
- Availability. We may enable/disable features, models, or device support at any time.
SECTION 11 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. You use such tools at your own risk and should review the applicable third-party terms.
SECTION 12 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating such materials and have no liability for third-party products, services, or content. Please review third-party policies before engaging in transactions with them.
SECTION 13 – USER CONTENT (COMMENTS, REVIEWS, FEEDBACK)
- If you submit content (e.g., reviews, photos, ideas), you grant Bespecta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content in any media for marketing, support, and service improvement.
- You confirm you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing.
- We may edit or remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.
SECTION 14 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (UAE-specific). Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
SECTION 15 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS
From time to time, the Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability). We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (even after you have submitted your order).
SECTION 16 – PROHIBITED USES
You must not use the Site or its content: (a) for unlawful purposes; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to violate applicable laws or regulations; (d) to infringe intellectual property rights; (e) to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload malware; (h) to collect personal data without consent; (i) to spam, phish, crawl, or scrape; (j) for obscene or immoral purposes; or (k) to bypass security features. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
SECTION 17 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site—including trademarks (e.g., Bespecta, Bazeti, Baccor), logos, graphics, product names, text, software, and designs—is owned by or licensed to Bespecta and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks or content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
SECTION 18 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
- Except as expressly stated in writing, the Site, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
- Your use of the Site is at your own risk, subject always to mandatory consumer rights under UAE law.
SECTION 19 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bespecta and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, suppliers, and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, revenue, or data), arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, except where UAE consumer protection law requires otherwise.
SECTION 20 – INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bespecta and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of law; or (c) your infringement of third-party rights.
SECTION 21 – TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive termination.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and any related transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory consumer dispute avenues, you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Nothing limits your statutory rights under applicable UAE consumer protection legislation.

You can always find the latest version of these Terms on this page. We may update them by posting a new date at the top. If you continue using the Site after changes, you accept the revised Terms.
